小儿疝气手术护理中综合护理干预的应用效果观察

目的:探讨综合护理干预应用于小儿疝气手术护理中的效果。方法:选取小儿疝气手术患儿共74例进行分析,分组探讨护理干预实验,分别设定为观察组和对照组,依次采用综合护理干预和常规护理干预,各组37例患儿,对比两组临床综合指标,治疗效果及术后并发症发生率,评估护理方案,并总结护理经验。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患儿下床活动时间、住院天数均比较短,t检验组间,证明存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率方面:观察组为:5.40%,对照组为:24.31%,数据差异明显,X2检验,证明存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度方面,观察组显著高于对照组,即(97.30%)>(78.38%),X2检验,证明存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为了保证手术治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患儿尽早恢复,建议临床对小儿疝气手术患儿应用综合护理方法进行干预。

objective: to investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention application without hernia surgery.Selection methods: pediatric hernia surgery in children with a total of 74 cases were analyzed, and the group to investigate the nursing intervention experiment, set as observation group and control group respectively, and adopts the comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention, in turn each 37 cases, compared two groups of clinical comprehensive index, the treatment effect and the incidence of postoperative complications, assessment of nursing plan, and summarize the nursing experience.Results: compared with control group, the group of children bed activity time, hospitalization days were short, t test between groups, and prove that there is statistical significance(P < 0.05).Complications: observation group is: 5.40%, control group: 24.31%, data difference obvious, X2 test, proving that there is statistical significance(P < 0.05).Nursing satisfaction, observation group is significantly higher than the control group, namely(97.30%) >(78.38%), X2 test, proving that there is statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: in order to guarantee the surgical treatment effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the children recover as soon as possible, suggest that clinical comprehensive nursing methods for pediatric hernia surgery in children with applications to intervene.
