住院患者导管滑脱风险评估表的应用效果的研究

目的:探讨导管滑脱风险评估表在临床上使用的效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年2月住院的置管患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,其中观察组采用导管滑脱风险评估表进行预见性护理,对照组继续采用常规护理,比较两组导管滑脱率及护理满意率。结果:观察组导管滑脱率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:导管滑脱风险评估表的应用,可以有效的降低导管滑脱率,提高患者的生存质量,减少医疗纠纷,从而提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective: to investigate the catheter slippage risk assessment in the effect of clinical use.Selection methods: February 2016-February 2016 patients, 120 cases of hospitalized, each 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group USES the catheter slippage predictive nursing risk assessment, control group to continue the conventional nursing, comparing two groups of catheter slippage rate and nursing satisfaction.Results: observation group catheter slippage rate is lower than the control group(P<0.05), the nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the application of the catheter slippage risk assessment table, can effectively reduce the catheter slippage rate, improve the quality of the survival of patients, reduce medical disputes, so as to improve nursing satisfaction, worth clinical promotion.
