研究产房舒适护理对于助产效果以及房内的感染影响

目的:为了研究分析产房内的舒适护理对助产人员实施的助产效果的和分娩过程中产生房内感染的影响。方法:选择于2013年3月至2016年3月期间在我院分娩的48位孕妇为对象进行研究。以抓阄的方法将48人随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组中产妇接受我院提供的常规护理工作,而对于实验组的产妇提供舒适的产房护理工作。将两组产妇分娩时的助产效果与房内感染率进行比较。结果:在助产效果与房内感染两项指标上,可知观察组产妇的情况较对照组优越。得到P<0.05。结论:更优质舒适的产房护理能够提升助产率、降低房内感染产生的概率。

Objective: in order to study and analyze the comfort nursing in delivery room, the effect of midwifery and the occurrence of infection in the process of delivery. Methods: 48 pregnant women who were delivered in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the subjects. To draw lots of methods 48 people were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group were received routine nursing work in our hospital and to provide the experimental group mothers provide delivery room nursing comfort. The two groups of maternal delivery effect and the rate of infection in the room were compared. Results: in the midwifery effect and two indicators of infection in the room, we can see that the situation of the observation group is superior to the control group. Get P<0.05. Conclusion: higher quality and comfortable delivery room nursing can improve the rate of midwifery and reduce the probability of infection in the room.
