健康体检人群检前需知知晓率及体检结论实施情况的调查分析

目的:了解健康体检人群对体检结论实施情况,调查实施健康体检人群的检前需知知晓率的现状,为体检者提供满意而切实的服务。方法:采用横断面调查方法,收集2014年5月至8月在我中心健康体检者500例,调查健康体检人群的一般信息、检前需知知晓率及体检结论实施情况。结果:检前需知知晓率低,控制饮食、规律运动、按医嘱服药、定期复查的健康体检人群比例分别为36.25%、38%、48.25%和43%。结论:目前健康体检人群对体检结论的实施情况及检前需知知晓率的现状均不容乐观,提示应积极开展健康指导和教育^([1]),提高健康体检人群检前需知的知晓率,增强自我管理意识,为体检者提供满意而切实的服务。健康管理任重道远。

Objective: to understand health check-up crowd for a medical conclusion implementation, investigate the implementation of health check-up crowd inspection before need to know the present status of awareness, to provide satisfaction and real medical services.Methods: this cross-sectional survey method to collect in May 2014 to August in 500 cases of healthy check-up center, I investigate health check-up crowd of general information, check the awareness and need to know before a medical conclusion.Results: the knowledge awareness low before the inspection, control diet, regular exercise, medication as directed, regular review of physical examination population proportion were 36.25%, 38%, 48.25% and 36.25% respectively.Conclusions: the present situation of the implementation of the health check-up crowd on physical examination conclusion and inspection before need to know the awareness of the status quo is not optimistic, prompt should actively carry out health guidance and education [1], raise healthy check-up crowd need to know before inspection awareness, strengthen the consciousness of self management, to provide satisfaction and real medical services.Health management has a long way.
