重症医学科多重耐药感染患者的护理体会

目的:探讨重症医学科多重耐药感染患者的护理体会;方法:选取我院2017年7月-2017年12月重症医学科收治的多重耐药感染患者15例为研究对象,通过综合护理包括:及时上报、隔离患者、抗生素管理、遵循无菌制度、感染及预防的相关培训、人文关怀等措施,观察患者的护理效果;结果:通过以上多种综合护理措施的实施,本项研究中15例多重耐药感染患者均有效得以控制,未出现死亡和院内感染不良事件;结论:重症医学科多重耐药感染需进行综合护理,并严格执行相关规定,通过提高医护人员的综合素养可有效阻断传播途径,控制感染,有利于患者的预后。

objective:to explore the nursing of severe multiple drug-resistant infection medicine patients; Methods:select our hospital in July 2017-December 2017 patients with severe multiple drug-resistant infection medicine treated 15 cases as the research object, through the comprehensive nursing care including: inform, isolation, antibiotics in patients with management, follow the sterile system, infection and prevention of related training and humanistic care, observation of the patient’s nursing effect; Results:through the above a variety of the implementation of the comprehensive nursing measures, the study of 15 patients with multiple drug-resistant infections are effective to control, not present death and nosocomial infection of adverse events;Conclusion:intensive medicine need to have comprehensive nursing multi-resistant infections, and strictly implement the relevant provisions, by improving the medical staff of the comprehensive qualities can effectively block the transmission way, infection control, is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
