摘要
目的:评价情景式健康教育对老年高血压患者血压控制的效果。方法:将128例高血压病患者随机分为两组,对照组按照一般常规诊疗手段只进行药物治疗以及健康教育,干预组除按照一般常规诊疗手段只进行药物治疗外,按照情景式健康教育的模式对患者进行健康教育。出院时评价其对健康教育的满意程度,并在6个月后随访,比较两组人群的血压控制状况。结果:干预组在6个月后的收缩压及舒张压均显著低于对照组,其健康教育的满意程度显著高于对照组。结论:情景式健康教育有利于老年高血压病患者的血压控制,并能提高其对健康教育的满意度。
Objective: To evaluate the situation of health education for elderly hypertensive patients with blood pressure control effect. Methods: 128 cases of hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group only in accordance with the drug treatment and general health education regular treatment means, the intervention group in addition to a conventional treatment means only drug treatment, in accordance with the situational health education mode for health education of patients. To evaluate the degree of satisfaction with health education at discharge, and followed up after 6 months, the control of blood pressure were compared between the two groups.
