精准管理对老年慢性心衰患者入量记录的影响

目的:探讨精准的入量管理对老年慢性心衰患者的影响。方法:对2017年1月-2017年6月于解放军总医院干部病房住院老年慢性心衰患者及其长期陪伴人员通过建立精准的入量管理模式,采用自行设计调查问卷,内容包括记录项目、记量工具、易遗漏的信息、记录时间等十个维度。评价精准管理前后对患者和陪护的影响。结果:通过对患者及长期陪护人员的培训和建立精准化管理模式前后入量准确记录等项目的比较,慢性心衰患者入量精准管理后的数据明显优于管理前。结论:入量精准管理可以增加患者进行良好的自我管理意识,对提高生活质量具有一定意义。

Objective: To discuss the influence on the intake accurate management for the elderly chronic heart failure patients. Methods: From January to June in 2017,at PLA General Hospital in the cadre ward-the elderly patients with chronic heart failure and the company personnel,through the establishment of accurate amount of management using self-designed questionnaire. Including record project、record amount of tools、easy omission the elderly patients with chronic heart failure and the company personnel before accurate management and after accurate management. Evaluate the accurate management influence on the patients and the company personnel. Result: Through the patients with chronic heart failure and the company personnel’s training, built the accurate management of the intake accurate record, after the accurate management chronic heart failure patients Conclusion: The intake accurate amount of management can increase patients good self-management consciousness and improve the life quality.
