妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清尿酸和血浆NT-proBNP变化及临床意义

目的:分析妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清尿酸(UA)和血浆NT-proBNP(氨基末端B型利钠肽前体)水平变化情况及临床意义。方法:选取2015年6月～2017年6月期间在我院确诊为妊娠期高血压疾病的患者80例归为观察组,另选取同期于我院接受体检的正常妊娠者85例归为正常妊娠组,及正常未孕育龄妇女86例归对照组,分别采用过氧化酶法、电化学发光法测定三组入选者的血清UA及血浆NT-proBNP水平,比较检测结果。结果:观察组患者血清UA及血浆NT-proBNP水平明显高于正常妊娠组和对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组中子痫患者血清UA及血浆NT-proBNP水平明显高于重度子痫前期、子痫前期、妊娠高血压患者(P<0.05),随着妊娠期高血压疾病病情程度的加重,患者血清UA及血浆NT-proBNP水平逐渐升高。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清UA及血浆NT-proBNP水平升高明显,检测其水平变化情况对判断患者病情进展和预后具有一定的指导意义。

Objective: to analyze the horizontal and clinical significance of serum uric acid(UA) and plasma nt-probnp(amino terminal B) in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods: choose from June 2015 to June 2015 in our hospital during the period of diagnosis of 80 cases of patients with gestational hypertension disease as observation group, the other selected at the same time have a medical examination in our normal pregnancies group, 85 cases of normal pregnancy and 86 cases of normal pregnant women not to return the control group, respectively using peroxide enzymatic, determination of the electrochemical luminescence of three groups of patients, serum levels of UA and plasma NT-proBNP comparison test results. Results: the serum UA and plasma nt-probnp levels were significantly higher in the observation group than in normal pregnancy group and control group, P < 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Preeclampsia patients in observation group significantly higher than the level of serum UA and plasma NT-proBNP severe preeclampsia, preeclampsia, gestational hypertension(P < 0.05), as the degree of gestational hypertension illness aggravating, patient’s serum UA and plasma NT-proBNP level increased. Conclusion: the level of serum UA and plasma nt-probnp levels in patients with gestational hypertension is significantly higher, and the detection of its horizontal change is of great significance to the evaluation of the patient’s progress and prognosis.
