地西泮溶液滴鼻给药治疗小儿惊厥的临床疗效及对血清学指标的影响

目的:研究地西泮溶液滴鼻给药治疗小儿惊厥的临床疗效及对血清学指标的影响。方法:选取2016年9月-2017年4月我院收治的60例小儿惊厥患儿作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组患儿采用常规治疗,研究组患儿采用地西泮溶液进行滴鼻治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果及患儿治疗前后的血清学指标。结果:比较两组患儿的治疗效果,研究组患儿的治疗效果好于对照组(P<0.05);比较两组患儿治疗前后的血清学指标,治疗前两组无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后患儿血清IgA、IgM、IgG和CD8+水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),血清Ca(2+)和CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:地西泮溶液滴鼻给药治疗小儿惊厥,治疗效果显著,能够有效的控制患儿的病情,使患儿血清学的各项指标逐渐恢复到正常水平。值得在临床治疗上推广使用。

Objective: to study the clinical efficacy of diazepam solution for the treatment of convulsions in children and its effect on the indicators of serology. Selection methods:in September 2016-April 2017 our hospital the 60 cases of children with infantile convulsion as the research object, were randomly divided into research group and the control group, control group with conventional therapy, children with team using diazepam solution for intranasal treatment. To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of children and the serological indexes before and after treatment. Results:the treatment effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compare serological indexes of two groups of patients before and after treatment, the two groups have no obvious difference between the treatment(P > 0.05), after treatment with serum levels of IgA, IgM and IgG and CD8+ were lower than that of control group(P < 0.05), serum Ca(2+) and CD4+/CD8+ levels higher than the control group patients(P < 0.05). Conclusion:diazepam solution is effective in the treatment of pediatric convulsion, and can effectively control the children’s condition, so that the indicators of serology of the children gradually return to normal level. It is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
