儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征围手术期的护理

目的:探讨儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征围手术期的护理效果,为临床护理提供可靠的参考依据。方法:采取回顾性分析的方法,对来我院治疗的有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的252例患儿的住院资料展开详细的分析,其中主要分析为这些患儿所采取的护理措施。结果:通过在患儿围术期采取有效的护理措施,在手术结束后患儿无大出血、窒息的现象,呼吸情况也在朝着好的方向发展,手术取得了较好的临床治愈效果。结论:针对具有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的患儿来说,在其围术期间采取有效的护理措施,可以有效促进患儿并发症的发生,有助于患儿呼吸状况的改善,从而有效促进患儿的身体康复,可以考虑临床推广使用。

objective:to investigate the children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom perioperative nursing effect, provide a reliable reference basis for clinical nursing.Methods:take retrospective analysis method, to come to our hospital treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom hospitalization data of 252 cases of children with detailed analysis, the main analysis for these nursing measures taken by the children.Results:through the perioperative take effective nursing measures, at the end of the surgery with no massive hemorrhage, choking phenomenon, breathing is also in the good direction, surgery has obtained the good clinical cure effect.Conclusion:for children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom, take effective during the perioperative nursing measures, the incidence of complications can effectively promote children, is helpful to the improvement in children with respiratory conditions, so as to effectively promote the patient’s body rehabilitation, can consider to use clinical promotion.
