门诊护理干预对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响研究

目的:探讨门诊护理干预对糖尿病患者生活质量的改善效果;方法:我们收集2016年1月至2017年1月于我院就诊的糖尿病患者368例,将其随机分为对照组和护理组,分别接受普通护理和门诊护理干预,并比较两组患者血糖控制水平、对糖尿病相关知识的了解程度以及生活质量;结果:与对照组患者相比,护理组患者的血糖控制水平更好,对糖尿病相关知识的了解程度更高,而且生活质量更优;结论:门诊护理干预在提高糖尿病患者生活质量上有多方面的积极意义,值得临床推广。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Out-patient nursing interventions on the improvement of life quality of the diabetic patients. Methods: 368 cases of diabetic patient collected from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2017 were randomly divided into control group and out-patient nursing group, in which they received normal nursing and out-patient nursing interventions, respectively. The level of blood glucose control, the understanding of the diabetes related knowledge, as well as the life quality were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with control group, patients in out-patient nursing group showed better blood glucose control, better degree of diabetes related knowledge understanding, and higher life quality. Conclusion: Out-patient nursing intervention is worthy to be applied in clinical, as it is helpful to improve the life quality of the diabetic patients.
