2型神经纤维瘤病患者临床特征分析及相关护理要点

目的:分析2型神经纤维瘤病(NF2)的临床特征,总结针对性护理措施,提高护理质量。方法:回顾性分析了80例临床确诊为NF2患者的临床资料,根据临床特征,总结护理要点。结果:本组19例有家族史,平均住院日20.1天,平均发病年龄为28.3岁,发病年龄无性别差异。78例(97.50%)有听神经瘤,43例(53.75%)伴发脑膜瘤,37例(46.25%)伴发椎管肿瘤,3例死亡(3.75%)。结论:NF2临床表型多样且个体差异大,根据不同的临床表现,制定针对性护理措施。

Objective:To analyse clinical characteristics of neurofibromatosis type 2(NF2)and summarize the specific nursing measures to improve nursing quality.Methods:Retrospective analyzsis of 80 cases,according to clinical features, summarized the nursing points. Results:Family history of this group were 19 cases,Average age of was 28.3 year-old,there was no statistical difference between male female.The vestibular schwannoma was documented in 97.50% individuals.The other findings included meningiomas(53.75%),spinal tumors(46.25%) and the mortality was 3.75%.Conclusions:NF2 is a clinically hetereogeneous disease with different types,according to different clinical characteristics,summarized the specific nursing measures.
