优质服务应用于心内科护理服务中的临床效果评价

目的:研究优质的服务在心内科监护室临床护理中的效果。并以此探究到最适合于心内科的护理方法。方法:完善我院心内科监护室的护理工作制度,在"优质护理服务示范工程"的指导方针下,在提升患者对于我院护理服务工作满意度的同时,不断改善护理服务的环境质量以及技术水平,使得优质护理服务落到实处。结果:在护理工作中提供优质服务,极大地提升了护士的全体素质能力,树立了医院的良好形象,更为良好医患关系的深入发展给予了坚实的保障。另外,通过优质服务的有效落实,使得患者康复率不断提升的同时,患者对于医院、医生、护士的好评度也有所增加,患者的陪护率也呈现出下降的趋势。结论:通过有效落实优质护理服务,使得患者在心内科得到了更好的康复,同时也极大地提高了医院的护理服务水平与患者的满意度。因此,优质护理服务在临床护理中应当被广泛推广、运用。

Objective: To study the effect of high quality service in clinical nursing in Department of cardiology. And to explore the most suitable for Department of cardiology nursing methods. Methods: to perfect the Department of Cardiology in our hospital ward in nursing system, in the 'guidelines for high quality nursing service demonstration project', in the patients in our hospital at the same time improve the satisfaction of nursing service, improving nursing service environment quality and technical level, so that the quality of nursing service implement. Results: providing high quality service in nursing work has greatly improved the quality and ability of nurses, established a good image of the hospital, and provided a solid guarantee for the further development of the good doctor-patient relationship. In addition, through the effective implementation of quality service, the recovery rate of patients increased at the same time, the patients to hospitals, doctors and nurses received degrees also increased, with the accompanying rate also showed a downward trend. Conclusion: through the effective implementation of high quality nursing service, the patients in the Department of Cardiology get better rehabilitation, but also greatly improve the level of hospital nursing service and patient satisfaction. Therefore, high quality nursing service should be widely promoted and applied in clinical nursing.
