重症患者连续性床旁血滤治疗的疗效及护理配合方法分析

目的:本文对重症患者在采取连续性床旁血滤治疗后的治疗效果和护理配合方法进行了分析和探究。方法:本文选取自2016年1月至2017年4月医院接受的28例重症患者为研究对象,均进行连续性床旁血滤治疗,对治疗中施行的配合护理方法进行分析,并对患者在治疗前后的血压、呼吸和心率等各项生命体征的变换进行记录和比较,从而确定治疗效果。结果:接受研究的28例患者中,在经过治疗和配以有效的护理后,完全治愈出现的患者有23例,有4例患者病情得到控制并有所好转进行了转院,有1例患者由于经济条件的问题最终选择了放弃治疗;另外,接受血滤的患者其血压、呼吸和心率等生命体征都要好于血滤前,结果存在差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症患者在接受连续性床旁血滤治疗后,配以熟练的护理干预和对病情的密切观察,对于治疗效果有着显著的提升作用,对患者生存时间的延长具有重要意义,在临床治疗中值得推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze and explore the treatment effect and nursing cooperation methods of severe patients after continuous bedside blood filtration treatment. Conclusion:severe in patients receiving continuous bedside blood filtration treatment, with skilled nursing intervention and on the condition of close observation, there are of great importance in improving the treatment effect, has important significance to prolong the survival time of patients, it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
