摘要
临床护理教学是理论联系实际的重要环节,是提高教学质量、培养合格护理人才的关键。互动式教学模式则引入多种教学方法,包括教师讲授、学生自学、案例分析、小组讨论等方式。其优点是以学生为中心,可以提高学生的学习兴趣、变被动学习为主动学习。本文选取2016年1月至2016年12月进入我院呼吸科二病区实习的护理实习生,分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统教学法和互动教学法,并采用SPSS统计方法分析考核结果,发现互动教学法培养的实习生在理论知识和护理技能上均明显优于传统教学法的实习生。并在实习生中进行了教学方法问卷调查,结果显示实习生对互动教学法的兴趣较高,并认为其效果更好。
Clinical nursing teaching is an important bridge between theory and practice, which is the key to improve teaching quality and cultivate qualified nursing talents. Interactive teaching pattern is a combination of a variety of teaching methods, including lecture, self-study, case analysis, group discussion. This student centered teaching pattern can raise the students’ interest by transferring passive learning to initiative learning. In this paper, 40 interns are chosen from January 2016 to December 2016 and divided into control group and experimental group. In the control group the traditional teaching pattern is applied and in the experimental group the interactive teaching pattern is applied. Then SPSS statistical analysis is used to assess the grades from both groups in theory test and nursing skill test. As a result, it is suggested that the interns trained by interactive teaching methods are better than those trained by traditional teaching methods at both theoretical knowledge and nursing skills. Finally, it is shown in the teaching method questionnaire that the interns prefer the interactive teaching pattern and find it more effective.
