系统追踪法在髋关节置换患者护理质量管理中的应用分析

目的:主要分析于髋关节置换手术病人护理质量管理中,开展系统追踪法对病患护理质量管理评分、政策追踪指标评分以及术后并发症发生情况产生的影响。方法:本次研究的病例均来源于我院,因髋关节置换手术入院医治的病患,其来源的起止时间与终止时间分别为2016年10月与2017年06月,从中抽取78例病患,按照数量对等方式进行分组,其中一般组病例均予以常规法进行相关的调查工作,分析组病人在上述基础上,实施系统追踪法进行相关的调查工作。经过不同的调查方案后,评价2组病人护理质量管理评分、政策追踪指标评分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果:分析组病人的护理质量管理评分(34.9±2.7)分、政策追踪指标评分(18.2±0.7)分均高于一般组病人的相关指标,且分析组术后出现并发症病人2例,少一般组5例,P<0.05。结论:开展系统追踪法于髋关节置换病人护理质量管理工作中,可有效的提升病人的护理质量管理评分以及政策追踪指标评分,同时还能有效减少病人术后出现并发症疾病,在该疾病的护理质量管理工作中有值得应用的价值。

Objective: to analysis the main hip replacement surgery patients nursing quality management system, carry out tracing method for patient management of nursing quality score, policy tracking index score and postoperative complications of occurrence of the. Methods: the study cases were from our hospital admission due to hip replacement surgery to cure the disease, the source of the starting and ending time and end time respectively in October 2016 and 2017 06, extracted from 78 cases of patients were grouped according to the number of equivalence, the general cases were treated by conventional method related investigations, analysis of patients on the basis of investigation work related to the implementation of system tracking method. After different investigation plans, the nursing quality management score, policy tracking index score and postoperative complications of the 2 groups were evaluated. Results: patients nursing quality management score(34.9 + 2.7), policy tracking index score(18.2 + 0.7) points higher than the related index of general groups, and group analysis of postoperative complications occurred in 2 patients, less general group 5 cases, P < 0.05. Conclusion: to carry out the system tracking method in patients with total hip replacement nursing quality management, can effectively improve the quality of patient care management and policy tracking index score score, complications of disease appeared at the same time can effectively reduce postoperative patients, worthy of application value in the disease nursing quality management.
