高危患者等离子剜除术护理体会研究

目的:本文对高危患者在行等离子剜除术后的临床护理进行了分析和研究,以期促进患者尽快康复。方法:本文选取自2016年1月至2017年4月到医院接受等离子剜除术的57例高危前列腺患者为研究对象,将其设定为观察组,然后选取自2014年1月至2915年1月针对护理措施实施前的57例患者为对照组,参与研究的患者都接受等离子剜除术进行治疗,对照组的患者接受常规性的护理模式,观察组患者接受具有针对性的护理方式,对两组患者的并发症和护理满意度进行对比分析。结果:两组患者在经过不同方式护理后,无论是从护理满意度进行分析,还是从并发症出现情况进行分析,观察组都要优于对照组,存在差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高危患者在进行等离子剜除术后,根据患者的病情制定具有针对性的护理方案,对于降低患者术后并发症的出现和提高患者护理满意度具有重要意义,对患者的康复具有极大的积极作用。

Objective:This paper analyzes and researches on the clinical nursing in high-risk patients after enucleation of plasma, in order to promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible. Methods:57 cases of high-risk prostate cancer patients received plasma enucleation from January 2016 to April 2017 to the hospital as the research object, set it as the observation group, and then select from January 2014 to January 2915 for 57 cases of nursing measures before the implementation of the patients in the control group. The patients in the study underwent enucleation of plasma treatment, the control group patients received routine nursing mode, the observation group patients with targeted care, comparative analysis of complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients. Results:the patients in the two groups after different nursing ways, whether it is from the analysis of nursing satisfaction, or complications from the situation analysis, the observation group was superior to the control group, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:the high risk patients in the plasma after enucleation, draw up the nursing plan according to the patient’s condition, is of great significance to reduce postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction of patients, it also plays a positive role in the rehabilitation of patients.
