日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理服务促进方法探讨

目的:探讨日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术优化护理服务方法,提高日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的满意度及安全保证。方法:成立嵌入式日间手术腹腔镜胆囊切除术责任护理组,为患者提供标准化护理管理方法。结果:日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者平均住院日为(2.85±0.56)d、住院费用为(8 650.12 4-31l,61)元、术后满意度为98.32%,患者住院期间安全无不良事件发生。结论:对日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者提供标准化的护理管理方法,实现优质护理,保证日间病房护理工作有效运行及患者安全。

Objective:to explore the optimal nursing method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the day so as to improve patient satisfaction and safety assurance during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:the responsibility nursing group was set up by embedded day operation laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the standardized nursing management method was provided for the patients. Results:the average length of stay in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy was(2.85+0.56) d, the cost of hospitalization was(8650.12 4-31 l, 61 yuan), postoperative satisfaction was 98.32%, and no adverse events occurred during hospitalization.Conclusion:standardized nursing management is provided for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the day, so as to achieve high quality nursing and ensure effective operation and patient safety in day care.
