个性化优质护理对肝胆外科患者焦虑情绪及疼痛程度的影响

目的:探究分析个性化优质护理对肝胆外科患者焦虑情绪、疼痛程度的改善作用。方法:随机选取我院在2016年5月～2016年11月期间收治的105例肝胆外科患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为实验组(n=52)和对照组(n=53),其中对照组患者采用常规护理干预,实验组患者采用个性化优质护理,对比观察两组患者护理前后的焦虑情绪评分以及疼痛程度的改善效果。结果:实验组患者SAS评分(31.25±4.31)分明显低于对照组(42.56±5.26)分,其VAS评分(4.0±1.1)分也显著低于对照组(5.5±1.3)分,且实验组患者术后生活质量评分远远高于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化优质护理能够有效改善肝胆外科患者的焦虑情绪,有助于缓解疼痛,对提高患者术后生活质量具有积极的影响作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To explore the analysis of personalized high quality nursing in patients with liver and gallbladder surgery anxiety, pain degree of improvement. Methods: Randomly selected from our hospital in May 2016 to November 2016 treated during the period of 105 patients with liver and gallbladder surgery as the research object, and randomly divided into experimental group(n = 52) and the control group(n = 53) and the control group were treated by routine nursing intervention, the experimental group were treated by personalized high-quality care, compared two groups before and after patient care anxiety scores, and the improvement of the degree of pain. Results: The patients with SAS(31.25±4.31) score significantly lower than the control group(42.56±5.26) points, the VAS score(4.0±1.1) was also significantly lower than the control group(5.5±1.3) score, postoperative quality of life score is much higher than the control group and experimental group patients, comparing the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Personalized high quality nursing care can effectively improve the liver and gallbladder surgery in patients with anxiety, help to relieve pain, to improve the patients of postoperative quality of life has a positive effect, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
