目标性心理护理对外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者心理的干预价值

目的:针对外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者研究目标性心理护理对其心理状态的影响。方法:选取了我院在2016年1月至2017年1月收治的62例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,一组为实验组,另一组为对照组,每组患者为31例。针对对照组患者进行常规护理,针对实验组患者除了进行常规护理以外,还给予目标性心理护理。对两组患者护理干预之后的治疗依从性和心理状态评分(采用SCL-90量表)进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者的治疗依从性明显较高,两组患者的治疗依从性对比差异较为明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的SCL-90得分比对照组明显要高,两组患者的心理状态评分对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者采取目标性心理护理,不但能够提升患者的治疗依从性,还能有效改善患者的心理状态,值得大力推广。

Objective: To study the psychological status of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane perforation in patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Methods: 62 patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups by random number method. One group was the experimental group, the other group was the control group, 31 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the experimental group were given the objective psychological nursing in addition to the routine nursing. The treatment compliance and mental state score(SCL-90 scale) were compared between the two groups of patients after nursing intervention. Results: compared with control group, treatment compliance was significantly higher in the experimental group, treatment compliance compared the differences between the two groups were more obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.05); the patients in the experimental group than the control group SCL-90 score was significantly higher, the differences between the two groups of patients psychological status score comparison is obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: targeted psychological nursing for patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation can not only improve patients’ treatment compliance, but also effectively improve their mental state, which is worth promoting.
