手术室护理干预在经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中的作用分析

目的:为了研究接受经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的患者在进行手术室护理干预之后的效果。方法:某院将2014年5月至2015年5月之间收治的78位接受经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的患者作为研究对象,并将这78位患者随机均分为两组,一组作为实验组,另一组作为对照组,每组都有39位患者。对于对照组的患者采取常规护理措施,对于实验组的患者采取手术室护理干预,然后将对照组和实验组的护理结果进行对比并分析,并对两组患者的心率、心理状态、平均动脉压以及术后疼痛进行评分。结果:与对照组的患者相比,实验组的患者在进入手术之前半个小时和拔管后10分钟的HR和MAP都明显较低,具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者在接受手术后的在各个时间短的VAS评分都要比对照组低,且差异较为明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时实验组在接受护理后的SDS和SAS评分也要比对照组低,差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论:对接受经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的患者进行手术室护理能够使临床疗效得到明显提升,明显改善患者术中心率和平均动脉压,对患者有数手术治疗产生的抑郁和焦虑心理能够有效缓解,使患者的术后疼痛程度得到降低,因此手术室护理干预在临床上具有较大的推广价值。

Objective: in order to study the effect of nursing intervention after the single hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with operation room. The VAS scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at each time after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after receiving nursing care, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.5). Conclusion: acceptance of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients in operation room nursing can make the clinical curative effect has improved significantly, significantly improve the patients heart rate and mean arterial pressure, depression and anxiety of patients with surgical treatment can produce effective mitigation, the patient’s postoperative pain was reduced, so the operation room nursing the intervention has great popularization value in clinic.
