免疫吸附治疗中股静脉置管出血原因分析及对策

目的:对我科免疫吸附治疗患者股静脉置管出血原因进行分析和制定相应的护理对策。方法:选取2015年5月至2017年5月共78位免疫吸附患者,对其中14位患者股静脉置管出血的原因进行分析,制定出相应的护理对策。结果:分析发现,护理人员在预防股静脉置管出血中起重要的作用,通过经验的积累,采取有效措施,明显减少了股静脉置管出血的发生,保证治疗的顺利进行,从而提高治疗的安全性。

purpose:The reasons for the hemorrhage of femoral vein catheter were analyzed and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were developed. method:A total of 78 immunosorbend from May 2015 to May 2017,and the reasons for the hemorrhage of femoral vein catheter in 14 patients were analyzed and corresponding nursing countermeasures were developed. Results:Analysis found that the nursing staff in preventing bleeding femoral vein catheter plays an important role,through the accumulation of experience,take effective measures to significantly reduce the strands of venipuncture hemorrhage occurs,ensure the smooth progress of treatment,so as to improve the safety of thetreatment.
