目的:探讨优质护理服务在肿瘤内科的实施方法体会。方法:转变服务理念,提高思想认识;加强人力资源管理;对服务的过程进行规范,加强培训,提升专科技能;借助移动护士工作站(PDA系统)平台,减少护士文字记录的时间,将护士的时间还给病人;调动护士工作积极性.真正用心呵护患者。结果:优质护理服务提高了护士的业务水平。通过落实优质护理,满足了患者心理需要、自尊需求,大大的减轻了肿瘤患者疼痛,使护理质量和病人满意度有了提高。结论:优质护理服务的实施,使护士与患者进行有效沟通,护理质量与患者满意度均有提高。

【ConclusionThe implementation of high quality nursing service strengthens the effective communication between nurses and patients, and improves the nursing quality and patients’ satisfication degree. By reciving high quality nursing service, cancer patients will acquire relief of partial physical pain, ease the pessimism, get more attention, and avoid unnecessary nurse-patient disputes. Meanwhile, making the patients’ family members feel reassuring, relieved, comfortable, and increasing satisfaction degree.
