个体化护理对胆结石手术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

目的:胆结石患者,接受手术治疗期间,经过个体化护理,对其心理和生活的影响性研究分析。方法:选取2016年1月～2017年1月,我院收治的经过诊断确诊为胆结石的60例患者,作为临床护理干预效果研究的对象。将其分为两组予以了常规护理、个体化护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理之前的所有患者,其在心理状态,以及生活质量方面,差异小,无意义,P>0.05。之后两组患者接受手术治疗,以及不同的护理干预方法,其中干预组的护理效果较好,各项评分,明显的优于对照组,因此组间的数据经过比较分析,可知差异大,有意义,P<0.05。讨论:行胆结石术的患者,在护理时,需要应用个体化护理的手段,其护理的效果十分理想。

Objective: patients with gallstones, during surgery, personalized care, on the analysis of the study of influence of psychology and life.Methods: from January 2016 to January 2016, our hospital after diagnosis of 60 patients diagnosed with gallstones, is regarded as the object of the clinical effect of nursing intervention study.it will be divided into two groups to the general care, personalized care, compared two groups of patients nursing effect. Results: all patients before treatment, the mental state, and the quality of life, the difference is small, insignificant, P > 0.05. After two groups of patients received surgical treatment and the different methods of nursing intervention, the intervention group care effect is good, the score, obviously better than that of control group, so the data through the comparative analysis between the group and clear difference is big, meaningful, P < 0.05. Discussion: In nursing patients with gallstones,, need to apply the means of individualized nursing care, the nursing effect is very ideal.
