瘢痕子宫人流术风险临床分析

目的:探讨瘢痕子宫人流术的手术风险和防范措施。方法:我院门诊2015-2016年138例瘢痕子宫早孕人流术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:138例瘢痕子宫早孕人流术中9例阴道出血大于200ml,4例不全流产二次手术,5例瘢痕妊娠漏诊,子宫穿孔1例。结论:瘢痕子宫人流术前常规阴道彩色三维多普勒超声,提高阴道彩色三维多普勒彩色超声瘢痕妊娠诊断准确性,术前应用米非司酮、米索前列醇充分软化宫颈,可有效地减少瘢痕子宫人流手术并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the surgical risk and preventive measures of caesarean section of the uterine abortion.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 158 patients with cesarean section in the hospital from 2015 to 2016.Results:In 158 cases of caesarean section, 9 cases of vaginal bleeding were more than 200 ml,4 cases were incomplete,5 cases were missed and 1 case report Conclusion:Conventional transvaginal color three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound before scar uterus abortion can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of scar pregnancy by transvaginal color three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound. Mifepristone and misoprostol were used to soften the cervix before operation, which could effectively reduce the complications of artificial abortion in cicatricial uterus.
