摘要
目的:探讨女性AS患者的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析40例女性AS患者的临床表现、实验室检查结果。结果:仅中轴关节受累16例,中轴合并外周关节受累24例,眼部受累4例;骶髂关节CT对于评估关节破坏情况具有较高价值。结论:女性AS患者临床症状轻、病变发展慢,外周关节疼痛及眼炎多见,影像学表现出现迟,致残率低。
Objective: To study the clinical features of female ankylosing spondylitis. Method: The clinical manifestation、laboratory data of 40 patients with female ankylosing spondylitis were retrospectively analyzed. Result: Only axial joint involvement in 16 cases, 24 cases of both axial and peripheral joints involvement, 4 cases of eye involvement. Sacroiliac joint CT for assessing joint destruction AS has a high value. Conclusions: Female AS patients with mild symptoms, lesions develop slowly, peripheral joint pain and ophthalmia common radiological manifestations late, low morbidity, sacroiliac joint CT examination can help in early diagnosis
