腰椎椎间盘退变的CT诊断与技术学分析

目的:探讨腰椎椎间盘退变的CT诊断效果并进行技术学分析。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月我院接治的腰椎间盘退变患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组应用CR方法进行诊断,研究组应用CT方法进行诊断,对比两组诊断结果及诊断准确率。结果:两组患者诊断结果对比,腰椎椎间盘退变主要有腰椎骨质增生、椎间盘突出、椎管狭窄等,两组诊断结果无明显差异(P>0.05);诊断准确率对比,研究组确诊率高于对照组(P<0.05)而误诊和漏诊率则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎椎间盘退变应用CT方法诊断,其诊断准确率要高于常规CR诊断方法,可以为患者后续临床治疗提供较多参考信息及依据。

Objective:to explore the CT diagnosis effect of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration and to conduct technical analysis. Methods:88 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, CR method was used for diagnosis, and the research group applied CT method for diagnosis, and compared the diagnosis results and diagnostic accuracy of the two groups. Results:compared with the diagnosis results of the two groups, lumbar vertebral disc degeneration mainly included lumbar bone hyperplasia, herniated disc herniation, and spinal canal stenosis, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The diagnostic accuracy was compared with that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the diagnosis rate was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:the diagnostic accuracy of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration is higher than that of conventional CR diagnosis method, which can provide more reference information and basis for follow-up clinical treatment.
