舒适护理在慢性小儿哮喘护理中的应用效果观察及对患儿气道功能的影响

目的:研究探讨舒适护理在慢性小儿哮喘护理中的应用效果观察及对患儿气道功能的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-12月我院收治的慢性小儿哮喘患儿84例,随机分成两组,对照组患儿做常规护理,研究组患儿给予舒适护理,对两组的临床效果进行对比。结果:治疗前两组患者的肺功能无显著区别(P>0.05),治疗后研究组FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1%/FVC以及6MWT等指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性小儿哮喘患儿应用舒适护理,可以有效降低对患儿气道功能的病发率,提高患儿护理过程中的舒适度,在临床上应当进一步推广应用。

objective: to investigate the effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of chronic pediatric asthma and its effect on the airway function. Methods:select January-December, 2016 our hospital 84 cases of chronic infantile asthma, randomly divided into two groups, control group of children doing routine nursing care, give comfortable nursing team, clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results: there was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups(P>0.05), and FEV1, FEV1 %, FEV1%/FVC and 6 MWT were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:application of comfort nursing children with chronic infantile asthma, can effectively reduce the disease rate of children with airway function, improve comfort, in the process of child care should further popularization and application in clinic.
