中医特色护理联合前瞻性护理在急性心肌梗死患者便秘中的护理效果及对胃肠功能的影响研究

目的:中医特色护理联合前瞻性护理在急性心肌梗死患者便秘中的护理效果及对胃肠功能的影响研究;方法:选取我院2016年1月-2017年12月收治的心肌梗死患者100例,随机分为对照组同研究组各50例,对照组患者采取常规护理,研究组患者使用中医特色护理联合前瞻性护理,对比两组患者的排便情况及对胃肠功能的影响;结果:在两组患者的护理结果方面,研究组患者的排便情况及胃肠功能恢复显著优于对照组,(P<0.05);结论:中医特色护理联合前瞻性护理在急性心肌梗死患者便秘中的护理效果及对胃肠功能的影响均好于常规护理。

objective: to study the nursing effect of combined prospective nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction in patients with acute myocardial infarction and its effect on gastrointestinal function; Selection methods: from January 2016 to December 2017 were treated 100 cases of patients with myocardial infarction(mi), with the team all the 50 cases randomly divided into control group, control group patients take the routine nursing care, the team joint prospective patients using characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care, compared two groups of patients condition defecation and effects on gastrointestinal function; Results:in the nursing outcomes of the two groups, the defecation of the group and the recovery of gastrointestinal function were significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the nursing effect and the effect on gastrointestinal function in patients with acute myocardial infarction are better than conventional nursing.
