中医情志护理在手术室护理中的应用效果

目的:探讨中医情志护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月在我院接受手术治疗的患者106例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理模式干预治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合中医情志护理模式干预治疗,对比两组患者不良情绪及生活质量。结果:两组患者护理前不良情绪评分无明显差别(P>0.05),干预后研究组患者不良情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者护理前生活质量评分无明显差别(P>0.05),干预后研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术患者护理干预过程中使用中医情志护理效果理想,一方面能减少患者焦虑紧张情绪,减少抑郁情况的发生,保证手术顺利进行,另一方面能够细化至术后各方面,保证患者生活质量,应进一步推广。

objective: to explore the application effect of TCM nursing in operating room nursing. Method:selection in May 2016-May 2017 in our hospital in patients undergoing surgery for 106 cases, randomly divided into two groups, control group using conventional pattern of nursing intervention therapy, the team in the control group on the basis of combination of modern nursing mode of TCM intervention treatment, compared two groups of patients with bad feelings and the quality of life. Results:there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The adverse mood scores of the patients were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life of the two groups(P>0.05), and the quality of life of the patients after intervention was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:nursing intervention in the process of using Chinese medicine to patients of modern nursing effect is ideal, on the one hand can reduce patient anxiety, tension, reduce the happening of the depression, ensure the operation smoothly, on the other hand can refine to various aspects, guarantee the patients quality of life, should be further promoted.
