乳腺癌病人居家自我管理的质性研究

目的:了解和描述乳腺癌病人居家自我管理的真实体验,为乳腺癌病人进行居家护理提供依据。方法:采用质性研究的现象学研究方法,对7例乳腺癌癌病人进行深入访谈,运用Colaizzi内容分析法进行资料分析,提炼主题。结果:乳腺癌病人居家自我管理的真实体验为:家庭经济功能冲突、对病情转归适应能力变化、自我家庭形象紊乱和自我价值感降低的情感应对、负性心理调整需求。结论:乳腺癌居家自我管理,仍需要进行针对性干预与信息支持。

Objective:To understand and describe the real experience of self-management in patients with breast cancer and provide the basis for nursing home care for breast cancer patients.Methods:Using the phenomenological research method of qualitative research, 7 cases of cancer patients with breast cancer were deeply interviewed, and the content analysis of Colaizzi was used to analyze and refine the topic.Results:Breast cancer patient self-management that occupy the home of real experience is: the function of family economic conflicts, to disease outcome adaptability to change, self family image disorder and self-worth to reduce emotional response, negative psychological adjustment requirements.Conclusion:The self-management of breast cancer is still necessary to carry out targeted intervention and information support.
