个性化护理干预对老年消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

目的:探讨个性化护理干预对老年消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响;方法:选取我院2015年3月-2017年1月消化内科收治的老年消化性溃疡患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、临床疗效、复发率和生活质量;结果:观察组患者治疗依从性为95.6%、有效率为93.3%、复发率为0显著优于对照组,观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组,P均<0.05;结论:个性化护理根据患者的需求进行针对性的护理,提高患者的治疗依从性和治疗有效率,降低了复发率,改善了生活质量,具有显著的临床意义。

Objective:to evaluate the individualized nursing intervention for the treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer compliance and quality of life; Methods:select our hospital in March 2015-January 2017 90 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer of digestive internal medicine treated as the research object, compared two groups of treatment adherence for patients, clinical curative effect, the recurrence rate and quality of life; Results:the observation group of patients treatment adherence was 95.6%, effective rate was 93.3%, the recurrence rate was 0 significantly better than control group, the observation group of patients quality of life score significantly higher than that of control group, P < 0.05; Conclusion: individualized nursing according to the needs of patients with pertinent nursing, to improve the therapeutic compliance of patients and treatment efficiency, reduce the recurrence rate, improve the quality of life, has significant clinical significance.
