综合护理在小儿骨科患者临床护理中的应用价值

目的:探讨综合护理在小儿骨科患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析我院小儿骨科收治的患者130例,比较两组患儿的住院时间、患儿的依从性以及患儿家属对护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿加强综合护理服务后住院时间明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患儿的依从性和患儿家属对护理的满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:加强综合护理在小儿骨科临床护理的应用,可显著减少小儿骨科患者的住院时间,提高患儿的依从性及患儿家属对护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: to study the comprehensive nursing in patients with pediatric orthopaedic application value in clinical nursing.Methods: from 130 patients with pediatric orthopaedic hospital were retrospectively analyzed, compared two groups of children with length of hospital stay, the patient’s compliance and children families on nursing satisfaction.Results: observation group with strengthened comprehensive nursing care after hospitalization time significantly lower than the control group, P < 0.05;Observation group with adherence and families of children with the satisfaction of nursing was obviously higher than that of control group, P < 0.05).Conclusion: to strengthen the comprehensive application of nursing in pediatric orthopaedic clinical nursing can significantly reduce the patients with pediatric orthopaedic hospital stay, and improve the patient’s compliance with families on nursing satisfaction, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
