摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀在眼底病患者优质护理服务中效果;方法:以我院眼科2015年1月至2016年12月收治的眼底部疾病患者772例为研究对象,分析人文关怀在优质护理中起到的作用;结果:人文关怀实施以来,实现了患者家属零投诉,护理工作零差错,患者的护理满意度达到98%,更好的体现了护理人员的价值所在;结论:人文关怀保证了护理工作的延续性和安全性,对协调护患关系、提高患者的依从性等方面起到关键作用。
Objective:to explore the effect of humanistic care in the quality nursing service of patients with eye diseases; Methods: 772 patients with eye diseases from January 2015 to December 2016 were studied and analyzed the role of humanistic care in quality nursing.Results: since the implementation of humanistic care, there have been zero complaints of patients’ families and zero errors in nursing, and the patient’s care satisfaction reached 98%, which reflected the value of the nursing staff better.Conclusion:humanistic care guarantees the continuity and safety of nursing work, and plays a key role in coordinating nursing relationship and improving patient compliance.
