老年髋部骨折患者护理中精细化护理的应用价值分析

目的:探讨精细化护理在老年髋部骨折患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年6月我院收治的老年髋部骨折患者66例,随机分为对照组和研究组两组,对照组实行常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上增加精细化护理。结果:研究组护理治疗效果好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗过程当中,实行精细化护理的患者治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:to explore the value of intensive care in nursing care for elderly patients with hip fracture. Method:selection in June 2015-June 2017 elderly hip fracture patients, 66 cases of our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and the team in the two groups, control group with routine nursing care, the team on the basis of conventional nursing increase fine care. Results:the nursing treatment of the group was better than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:in the course of treatment, the therapeutic effect of patients with refined care is ideal, and the application should be further promoted clinically.
