临床医学检验血液标本质量的影响因素探讨

目的:为了确切了解与分析影响临床医学检验血液标本质量中的因素。方法:于2016年5月至2017年5月期间,选取研究对象为我院检验不合格的血液标本100份,对其进行深入研究,找出其中血液标本质量不合格的因素。结果:经所采取的100例不合格血液标本质量中检验发现:有溶血26例,凝血11例,还有5例标本量不足,7例抗凝不全,11例取血试管的使用不当,10例患者验血前准备不当,15例送血检测失误,6例输血在同一侧采血以及9例其他原因导致的不合格因素。结果:高质量地进行血液标本检验能使结果更令人信服,还有利于提高我国医疗事业的发展。

Objective: to understand and analyze the factors that affect the quality of the blood specimen in clinical medicine for the exact understanding and analysis. Methods: from May 2016 to May 2017, 100 samples of blood samples which were not tested in our hospital were selected for in-depth study. Results: after the 100 cases of unqualified blood specimens in quality inspection found that: there are 26 cases of hemolysis, blood coagulation in 11 cases, and 5 cases were less than 7 cases, 11 cases with incomplete anticoagulation, blood tube improper, 10 patients before blood is improper, 15 cases of send blood detection errors, 6 on the same side of the blood transfusion cases and 9 cases of other causes of unqualified factors. Results: high quality test of blood samples can make the result more convincing and help to improve the development of China’s medical service.
