X线和多层螺旋CT对新型隐球菌肺炎患者的临床诊断价值探究 被引量:4

摘要 目的本文旨在针对X线和多层螺旋CT对新型隐球菌肺炎患者的临床诊断价值进行探究。方法选取2017年5月-2018年5月来我院接收治疗的新型隐球菌肺炎患者80例,其中40例患者应用纤支镜下X线活检,另40例患者在多层螺旋CT诱导下行穿刺活检,为CT检测组,对比分析两种检测方法对新型隐球菌肺炎患者的准确率,比较两种方法的临床检测价值。结果结果显示检测的新型隐球菌阳性检测率81.25%,新型隐球菌肺炎处于双肺的患者有49例,处于肺叶下部的患者有45例,处于肺部外周的患者有48例,得出多排CT的检出率明显高于CT检测组(P<0.05);对比各类型的肺炎病变患者,多层螺旋CT检测对患者肺炎各病变类型诊断的准确率明显高于X线检查的准确率(P<0.05)。结论 X线和多层螺旋CT均可对新型隐球菌肺炎患者的进行临床诊断,但是多层螺旋CT的检测率更高,检查效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。 objective:to explore the clinical diagnostic value of X-ray and multislice spiral CT in patients with new cryptococcal pneumonia. Method:selection in May 2017-May 2018 to our hospital to receive treatment of 80 cases of patients with cryptococcus neoformans pneumonia, 40 patients bronchoscopy microscopic X-ray biopsy, the other 40 patients induced downward biopsy in multislice CT, for CT inspection group, contrast analysis of two kinds of detection methods on the accuracy of cryptococcus neoformans pneumonia patients, to compare the value of clinical testing of the two methods. The results:show that the detection of cryptococcus neoformans positive detection rate of 81.25%, patients with cryptococcus neoformans pneumonia in both lungs in 49 cases, 45 cases of patients in the lower part of lung, there are 48 cases of patients with pulmonary peripheral, multiple row CT detection rate is obviously higher than that of CT test group(P < 0.05); Compared with all types of patients with pneumonia, the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT examination in the diagnosis of patients with pneumonia was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination(P < 0.05). Conclusion:X-ray and MDCT may for clinical diagnosis of patients with cryptococcus neoformans pneumonia, but higher rates of detection of MDCT, check the effect is ideal, should further clinical application.
