老年慢性高原心脏病伴慢性支气管炎急性发作患者进行有效的救治措施探究

目的:探讨老年慢性高原心脏病伴慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的有效救治措施并进行分析总结。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月我院收治的老年慢性高原心脏病伴慢性支气管炎急性发作患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规药物进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用沐舒坦雾化吸入进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗有效率及心力衰竭变化情况。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前,两组患者心力衰竭变化情况无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组心力衰竭变化情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性高原心脏病伴慢性支气管炎急性发作患者在常规药物治疗基础上应用沐舒坦雾化吸入进行治疗,能够有效改善患心力衰竭情况且临床治疗效果明显,应当在临床中推广及应用。

objective: to investigate the effective treatment measures of chronic bronchitis patients with chronic bronchitis in elderly patients and to analyze and summarize them. Methods:select in May 2016-in May 2017 in our hospital heart disease of elderly chronic plateau with 80 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis acute episodes, randomly divided into two groups, control group using conventional drug treatment, research in the control group on the basis of application ShuangHuangLian powder injection for treatment. Results:the team treatment efficiency is higher than the control group(P < 0.05), before the treatment, two groups of patients with heart failure change is no obvious difference(P > 0.05), after treatment, the team, the change of the heart failure is better than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:elderly heart disease associated with chronic bronchitis patients with acute attack of chronic plateau on the basis of conventional drug treatment application ShuangHuangLian powder injection treatment, can effectively improve the risk of heart failure and clinical treatment effect is obvious, should be in clinical promotion and application.
