宫颈癌筛查系统及薄层液基细胞学检测在妇女健康体检宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值分析

目的:探讨宫颈癌筛查系统及薄层液基细胞学检测在妇女健康体检宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值分析。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年7月在医院里进行健康体检宫颈病的250名妇女,采用宫颈癌筛查系统联合薄层液基细胞学检测对妇女进行健康体检,并对两项检查结果进行分析和探讨。结果:对250名妇女进行体检筛查,薄层液基细胞学筛查出205例为阴性,45例为阳性,检测率为18.00%。宫颈癌筛查系统筛查出180例为阴性,70例为阳性,检出率为28.00%;对薄层液基细胞学检查结果进行分析,细胞检出率为18.00%,其中ASCUS20例、LSIL11例、HSIL7例、SCC6例;检查阳性为45例,其中CINⅠ12例、CINⅡ6例、CINⅢ6例、宫颈癌3例。结论:在妇女进行健康体检宫颈病变筛查中,可以采用宫颈癌筛查系统和薄层液基细胞学检测,有利于发现早期宫颈癌,及时对患者进行治疗。

Objective: to explore the application value analysis of cervical cancer screening system and thin layer fluid based cytology test in screening of cervical lesions in women’s health examination. Methods:selected in July 2016-July 2017 in the hospital for physical examination of cervical disease, 250 women, the cervical cancer screening system combined thin layer liquid based cytology testing health checks on women, and the two results are analyzed and discussed. Results:250 women were screened by physical examination, and 205 cases were negative, 45 were positive and the detection rate was 18.00%. The screening system for cervical cancer screening showed 180 cases of negative, 70 were positive and the detection rate was 28.00%. The results of TLC cytology were analyzed and the cell detection rate was 18.00%, including 20 cases of ascuss, LSIL11 cases, HSIL7 cases and SCC6 cases. Check the positive for 45 cases, of which the CIN 12 cases, CIN 6 cases, CIN Ⅰ ⅠⅢ 6 cases, 3 cases of cervical cancer. Conclusion:in the women’s health check-up in cervical lesion screening, cervical cancer screening system can be used liquid based cytology test and thin layer, is helpful to find early cervical cancer, timely treatment of patients.
