干扰素联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的疗效与安全性评价

目的:对小儿哮喘应用干扰素联合布地奈德治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:选取82例小儿哮喘患者作为研究对象,将其按照治疗方法的不同随机分组,观察组41例实施干扰素联合布地奈德治疗,对照组41例实施布地奈德治疗。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,且观察组治疗后的血清Ig-E、IL-4、IL-13、IFN-y均优于对照组和治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对小儿哮喘患儿实施干扰素联合布地奈德治疗,取得了不错的效果,且方案安全性较高,值得进一步推广。
