2012至2016年孕产妇分娩及危重情况分析

Delivery and critical situation of pregnant and lying-in women during 2012-2016

目的了解北京市海淀区危重孕产妇医院监测点孕产妇基本情况、合并症及危重情况。方法监测对象为2012年至2016年度在监测医疗机构北京世纪坛医院产科入院的孕产妇,按照国家卫健委制定的孕产妇个案调查表收集孕产妇信息,海淀区妇幼保健院负责审核和录入国家危重监测网络系统,用SPSS 16.0软件对网络直报数据进行处理和分析。结果经χ~2检验,2012-2016年期间高龄孕产妇所占的比例在逐年增加(χ~2=67.751,P=0.000);2012年至2016年期间,剖宫产率有明显下降趋势(χ~2=126.900,P=0.000);2016年妊娠期合并症或并发症较前四年下降明显(χ~2=296.400,P=0.000);2014年危重孕产妇占比明显高于其他年度(χ~2=321.800,P=0.000)。结论进一步加强高龄孕产妇的管理,保障母婴健康促进自然分娩,关注孕产妇合并症或并发症防患未然,增强危重孕产妇救治能力。

Objective To understand basic situation,complication and critical condition of pregnant and lying-in women from monitor hospital in Haidian District of Beijing.Methods Research objects came from maternity ward of Beijing Shijitan Hospital from 2012 to 2016.Relevant data about maternal delivery were collected according to maternal monitor project made by National Health Commission.The data was checked and entered into national maternal monitor network system by Haidian Maternal and Children Health Hospital.Finally,we analyzed and processed data with SPSS 16.0 software.Results Chi-square test revealed that the proportion of elderly maternal increased year by year from 2012 to 2016(χ~2=67.751,P=0.000),but that the rate of cesarean delivery descended remarkably(χ~2=126.900,P=0.000).The incidence of maternal complication was lower in 2016 compared to that in the former 4 years(χ~2=296.400,P=0.000).The proportion of critical cases in 2014 was higher than in other 4 years(χ~2=321.800,P=0.000).Conclusion We should strengthen elderly maternal administration and promote normal labor.It is necessary to care for maternal complication and improve the capacity of surviving critical pregnant and lying-in women.
