妇科住院患者饮食习惯与医院膳食满意度的调查分析

Dietary habit of gynecology inpatients and their degree of satisfaction with diet in hospital canteen

目的对妇科住院患者饮食习惯与医院膳食满意度进行调查分析,以期提高患者满意度,为医院整体医疗管理服务水平的改进提供参考。方法采用调查问卷形式对西安交通大学第一附属医院2017年10月至2018年9月的1 178例妇科住院患者进行调查。调查内容包括餐厅膳食满意度、饮食习惯、膳食结构,以及不同年龄、教育水平、收入水平的患者对饮食习惯与疾病关系的认知。结果患者对医院餐厅的服务、菜品和环境满意度较高,11.63%的患者对医院饭菜口味不满,25.05%的患者对饭菜价格不满。不同年龄、教育和收入水平的患者对饮食习惯与疾病的认知比较发现,年轻的、受过高教育水平、拥有高收入的患者与年老的、受过低教育水平、拥有低收入的患者相比具备较高的营养保健意识,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为80.56、91.46、59.14,均P<0.01)。结论医院在营养宣教、相关人员专业培训、膳食的完善以及配送系统等方面仍有很大的上升空间,有待进一步改进。

Objective To offer some suggestions on the improvement of the hospital medical management and service by analyzing gynecology inpatients’dietary habit and their degree of satisfaction on diet in hospital canteen aiming to improve their satisfaction.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 178 inpatients from October 2017 to September 2018 in gynecology department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University.The surveyed contents covered the degree of satisfaction on the diet in hospital canteen,dietary habit,dietary structure,and the cognition on dietary habits and their relationships with certain diseases of the inpatients with different age,educational level and income.Results The degree of satisfaction on service,food and environment in hospital canteen was relatively high.There were 11.63%inpatients being not satisfied with food in hospital canteen,and 25.05%inpatients complaining about the price of food.Inpatients of relatively young,with higher educational level and higher income were more aware of nutritional knowledge than those of elder age,with lower educational level and lower income,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2 value was 80.56,91.46 and 59.14,respectively,all P<0.01).Conclusion Great efforts should be done to strengthen educational activity on nutrition and professional training for the staff and perfect diet as well as delivery system in the hospital.
