马鞍山城区孕妇心理健康知识知晓率调查现况

Awareness rate of knowledge on mental health of pregnant women in Ma’anshan urban area

目的了解马鞍山城区孕妇心理健康知识知晓情况,分析影响知晓率的相关因素,为制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法随机选取2014年11月—2015年2月在马鞍山市妇幼保健院进行产前检查的621名妇女进行心理健康知识问卷调查。结果 621名孕妇中心理健康知识的总知晓率为62.64%,其中对精神疾病病因和防治知识、心理健康知识、精神卫生纪念日的知晓率分别为52.01%、90.18%和28.34%。不同年龄组、不同居住地、不同受教育程度人群的心理健康知晓情况均具有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为16.53、18.07、89.47,均P<0.05)。受教育程度是孕妇心理健康知识知晓的影响因素,其中大专/本科及以上程度者知晓率更高(OR=5.78,95%CI:3.56~9.40,P<0.01)。结论马鞍山市孕妇心理健康知识知晓率总体处于较低水平,开展广泛而有针对性的宣传活动十分重要。

Objective To understand the mental health knowledge of pregnant women in Ma’anshan urban area and to analyze the related factors influencing the awareness rate,so as to provides important scientific basis for the formulation of relevant policies.Methods A questionnaire survey on mental health knowledge was conducted among 621 women randomly selected from November 2014 to February 2015 who underwent prenatal examination in Ma’anshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital.Results Of 621 pregnant women,the total awareness rate of mental health knowledge was 62.64%.The awareness rates of etiology and prevention of mental illness knowledge,of mental health knowledge,of mental health day were 52.01%,90.18%and 28.34%,respectively.There were significant differences in mental health awareness among women with different age,different residence and different educational level(χ2 value was 16.53,18.07 and 89.47,respectively,all P<0.05).Education was the influencing factor of the pregnant women’s mental health knowledge.Among them,women with junior college/bachelor degree and above had higher awareness(OR=5.78,95%CI:3.56–9.40,P<0.01).Conclusion The awareness rate of mental health knowledge is relatively low among pregnant women in Ma’anshan city,and the conduct of a wide range of targeted promotional activities is still very important.
