广州合银广场幕墙是目前国内最高的石材幕墙工程,石材选用火烧石板,铝挂件短槽式支承,钢骨架各部件采用螺栓连接,后置预埋件以化学螺栓及膨胀螺栓与主体加固连接。由于外立面复杂,安全系数、垂直度、平整度要求高,工艺复杂,为此对幕墙的构造、连接方式、板材的加工制作及安装采取了更高的技术标准和管理办法,取得了良好效果。

Guangzhou Heyin Square curtain wall is the highest stone curtain wall project in China.The se-lected stone material is fire-burned slabstone,and aluminum hanging parts are used for short groove support,and the bolts connection are used for the steel frames.The post-embedded parts are reinforced and connected to the main structure with chemical bolts and expansion screws.As the outside face is complicated,the require-ments for safety coefficient,verticality,smoothness are very high,and the technical process is very complicated,so we have applied much higher technical standard and management method for curtain wall structure,way of connection,the processing and installation of the boards,and have achieve good effect.
