摘要
做好建筑防水,设计是前提,保证设计质量有三个重要环节。首先要合理确定防水等级,根据工程的性质、重要程度、使用功能提出相应的防水设防要求;第二,周密制订防水方案,依据设防要求,把握设防要点;第三,择优选用防水材料,要根据防水等级、设防要求、防水方案、材料特点选材,遵守技术规范,特别是强制性条文的规定,从设计上保证建筑防水的质量。
It is important to do well the construction waterproof work.The design is essential prerequisite.There are three key links for guaranteeing the design quality.First,the waterproof grade should be determined reasonably,and the relevant waterproof conditions and requirements should be put forward.According to the concrete condi-tions of the project.Second,the waterproof plan should be worked out carefully,and according to waterproof requirements,the main pre-venting points should be mastered.Third,the good quality waterproof materials are selected optimally,and according to waterproof grade,preventing requirements,project sections,material features,and con-struction material selection requirements,the present codes,especially the forced rules,should be complied with.The building waterproof quality should be guarateed in the design.
