缩口形式对两段供风气化反应器性能的影响

摘要 在生物质气化过程中,气化气中焦油含量高是影响整个系统正常运行的重要因素。本文在分析生物质气化机理的基础上,实验研究了缩口型式对温度分布和气化气中焦油含量的影响,分析了缩口型式对两段供风气化反应器性能的作用,探讨了提高生物质气化炉的总体性能的途径。 The high tar content and low heat value of biomass gas are the major factors affecting the commercial use of the biomass gasification system in China.Based on biomass gasification dynamics,two types of throat stucture were studied in this paper.A series of experiments were done to study the influence of throat stuctures on the performance of the twostage gasification reactor.Experimental results indicate that reducing the throat area properly can raise the gas flowing velocity,and the temperature of the oxidization zone and reduction zone,thus cut down the tar content in biomass gas and improve the performance of biomass gasifier.
