摘要
股权激励对于完善我国公司治理结构、支持企业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文在指出我国当前股权激励实践中存在的内、外部矛盾冲突的基础上,对形成冲突的原因进行了深入分析,并进一步提出了化解矛盾冲突的对策建议及需要注意的问题。
Stock ownership as an incentive is important to the management framework and sustainable development of corporations.By pointing out the intrinsic and extrinsic conflicts in the application of stock ownership,this article makes a thorough analysis on the reason of such conflicts,proposes the solutions to settle the conflicts,and discusses some other related issues.
