摘要
本文以2001年10月至2002年9月间发布股权转让公告的A股上市公司为样本,研究了股权转让公告前后的股价反应情况,进而提出如何参与进行该类上市公司的投资。
Our sample consists of the A share market listed companies which declare their announcements of shares transfer from October2001to September2002.We study the response of stock prices before and after announcement date.Furthermore,we put forward our opinion how to invest in these listing companies.
