血压变异性与脑卒中

摘要 20世纪80年代起,随着动态血压监测在临床中的广泛使用,人们对血压的研究不断深入,逐渐形成了血压变异性(blood pressure variability,BPV)的概念,并对之有了一定的认识。BPV是指一定时间内血压波动的程度,是外界刺激因素与心血管调节机制相互作用的结果[1]。盎格鲁斯堪的纳维亚心脏研究(Anglo Scandinavian cardiac outcome trial,ASCOT)
