特制膝部约束带在颅脑外伤术后躁动患者的临床应用研究

Application of specially designed lap restraint strap in craniocerebral trauma patients with post-operation agitation

目的观察特制膝部约束带对颅脑外伤术后躁动患者制动下肢的并发症、舒适性与耐受性。方法选取颅脑外伤术后躁动患者70例,按手术先后顺序分为观察组35例与对照组35例。观察组患者使用特制膝部约束带制动下肢。对照组患者使用传统棉质约束带制动下肢,观察这两种约束方式的约束力、耐受性、约束并发症与护患双方的主观感受。结果两组患者在下肢制动过程中的约束带挣脱率、约束并发症、患者舒适度、护患满意度比较有显著统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论颅脑外伤术后躁动患者使用特制膝部约束带能提高患者的安全性与舒适性、降低约束并发症、减少护士工作量。

Objective To observe the comfort,tolerance,and complication of specially designed lap restrain strap in craniocerebral trauma patients with post-operation agitation. Methods Seventy agitated patients were divided into two groups. 35 patients in the observation group were given a specially designed lap strap for restraining the lower limbs,while 35 patients in the control group were given the conventional cotton bound for restraining the lower limbs. The comfort,tolerance,and complication in two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups by different restrain methods in the comfort, tolerance, and complication( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional restrain strap,specially designed lap restraint strap can improve the comfort and tolerance as well as decrease the complication in craniocerebral trauma patients with post-operation agitation.
